DEMI MOORE is single again

Her boyfriend, 26-year-old art dealer Vito Schnabel, has broken up with her because he didn't enjoy the spotlight.

A source says, quote, "Vito has worked very hard to be taken seriously in the art business, and doesn't want to be seen as somebody who dates celebrities.

"He hated having photographers follow him around after word got out about him and Demi."

He was also upset that Demi flew down to Miami last week to party with him . . . because he was there for a big art event.  The source says, quote, "It was a distraction he didn't need while all the big collectors were in town."

When CHARLIE SHEEN gave LINDSAY LOHAN $100,000 to pay down some of her debt to the IRS, he didn't expect anything in return.  Except maybe a "thank you".

He says, quote, "[She's] a very good and decent young lady that is just going through a lot.  I'm still waiting for a text to say 'thank you.'  Anything, you know?"

The Australian DJs who pranked KATE MIDDLETON'S hospital - resulting in the suicide of the nurse who put the call through - have been let go.

Southern Cross Austereo - the parent company of their station 2DayFM - announced that it has "terminated" the show, and suspended all prank calls on the station.

The last people to complain would probably be the DJs themselves, Mel Greig and Michael Christian.  Mel even said, quote, "I don't even want to think about going back on air, to be honest."

She did it because she needed the money?

BEYONCE just signed a $50 MILLION DEAL with Pepsi that basically makes HER a Pepsi product.

She'll do a new commercial and make various promotional appearances.  She's also doing the Super Bowl halftime show, which is sponsored by Pepsi.  And Pepsi will be investing in several of her CREATIVE PROJECTS.

In other words, she might as well just change her name to "Beyonce, Brought to You by Pepsi-Cola".
