Is it due to Justin's new "friendship" with a Victoria's Secret model named Barbara Palvin??

On Thursday night, they went to see "The Lion King" on Broadway with a group of people.  But afterward, Barbara Tweeted, quote, "hey everyone. please calm down.  he is all yours!! :)  please :)."

And she later followed up with this Tweet, quote, "There is nothing going on with him.  I met him and did a pic with him.  Wouldn't you do the same?  #friendship"

TAYLOR SWIFT does NOT trash every guy she's ever dated.  She claims to be "incredibly close" with TAYLOR LAUTNER and now we're hearing she's still on speaking terms with CONOR KENNEDY.

According to the "New York Post", Taylor and Conor still talk on the phone . . . and there's a solid chance they'll see each when she attends the RFK Gala on December 3rd.

Apparently, the only reason they broke up was because Taylor knew she'd be out of her mind busy promoting"Red" . . . plus there's that little issue of Conor still being in high school.

She'll be performing her song "State of Grace" on Thursday's "X Factor". It's from her album "Red".

LINDSAY LOHAN will no longer sit down for a "20/20" interview with BARBARA WALTERS. 

Her new P.R. people pulled the plug, because they didn't want Barbara asking personal questions about things like drug use, her dad's recent attempt at an "intervention", and the fact that she might be charged with lying to police.

Sources say Lindsay feels bad because she considers Barbara a friend.  ABC issued a statement saying, quote, "We are disappointed that Lindsay cancelled the interview and wish her well."

Her new rep also works for Kal Penn, Kevin Sorbo and Zachary Levi . . . and used to rep Andy Dick.
